Bihar leaders react to Maulana Arshad Madani’s Hindu-Muslim remark

BJP leader Hari Bhushan Thakur and JDU leader Abhishek Jha reacted to Hindu-Muslim statement of Maulana Arshad Madani, who is General Secretary of Jamiat Ulama-I-Hind on February 13. Talking to ANI, Hari Bhushan Thakur said, “This controversy should not have been created. Comparing two religions and competing with each other is not a good idea. Religion teaches us to create and not destruct. Praising one religion in front of all the others is not good, Madani Sahab must apologise.” On the other hand, Abhishek Jha said, “We live in a secular country where every person belonging to their respective religion do their work. There are a few people who create issues on the basis of religion but we never supported them.”
