Anantnag encounter: Hizbul commander Altaf Kachroo gunned down by forces

In a big win for security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, top Hizbul commander Altaf Kachroo was killed along with his associate in Anantnag encounter. Kachroo was district commander for Kulgam and was active for the last 10 years.
