The United States is on a high alert amid concerns over a possible retaliation by Iran if Israel attacks Tehran's nuclear facilities. According to a media report, the State Department has asked missions within striking target of Iranian assets to convene emergency committees to mitigate risks. Israel has already made its intentions clear to target Iran's nuclear facilities.
