Qatar Summons Iran Ambassador After Missile Strikes On U.S. Base, Slams “Flagrant Attack”

Qatar has slammed Iran over its missile strikes on the U.S. Al Udeid Air Base and summoned the Iranian ambassador in a rare diplomatic backlash. The move follows Tehran's claim of “self-defence” after the U.S. bombed Iranian nuclear sites. Qatar called the attack a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and warned it would take all necessary steps to protect its national security.
