Russia claims its air defences intercepted over 129 Ukrainian drones across 20 regions overnight, marking one of the widest drone penetrations of Russian airspace so far. Moscow says multiple waves of UAVs targeted regions from Bryansk and Kursk to areas near the capital, triggering massive air defence responses. The Defence Ministry released maps and footage showing intercepted drones, insisting there was no damage or casualties. The escalation comes amid intensified cross-border strikes, with Russia also claiming to have hit Ukrainian energy sites and military infrastructure in retaliation.
