Germany plans to nearly halve its military aid to Ukraine from around €8 billion to €4 billion in 2024, despite being Ukraine's second-largest military donor after the U.S. This decision, part of Germany's draft budget, comes amid concerns about potential U.S. funding cuts if Donald Trump wins the presidency. The German government assures that Ukraine's financing is secure for the foreseeable future.
