The prime ministers of Poland, Czech Republic and Slovenia arrived by train to Kyiv and met with President Volodymyr Zelensky Tuesday. The three leaders went ahead with the trip despite worries within the European Union about the security risks of traveling within a war zone. The Polish prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki, expressed solidarity and support for Ukraine at the meeting, saying that the country was fighting "not only for your homes, for your freedom, for your security, but also for others". Ukrainian President Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for their backing. It is the first visit of high level international guests to Kyiv since war broke out on 24 February.
