The Enforcement Directorate has questioned Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi several times in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrashekhar. It has been revealed in a chargesheet filed by the investigating agency that Nora Fatehi received expensive gifts from the conman. According to reports, Nora had admitted to ED that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had gifted her a BMW sedan, while his wife Leena Maria Paul had gifted her a Gucci bag and an iPhone as a ‘token of love’ from her husband. Regarding the luxury car Sukhesh Chandrashekhar gave Nora Fatehi, reports claim the actress had said that she had attended an event after being invited by the conman's wife and was gifted the car at the event. Earlier, Nora's spokesperson had issued a statement claiming that the actress was not part of any money laundering activity. The statement read, 'Nora Fatehi has been the victim around the case and being a witness, she is co-operating and helping the officers in the investigation. We would like to make it very clear that she has not been a part of any money laundering activity, she does not know or have any personal connection with the accused and has been called by the ED to strictly help with the investigation.' Just like Nora, actress Jacqueline Fernandez was also showered with expensive gifts by the conman. In her statement to the agency, the actor claimed she received gifts like two pairs of diamond earrings, two Hermes bracelets, three Birkin bags, Gucci outfits, a multi-coloured bracelet of stones and a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes from the conman. As per reports, Chandrashekhar gave a loan of USD 150,000 to the actor's US-based sister and also gave her a BMW X5. In addition, he also gifted the actor's parents a Maserati and a Porsche. He also extended a loan of USD 50,000 to her brother. In her statement recorded before ED officials, the actress also accepted that the conman had trasnferred around Rs 15 lakh to the account of her brother.
