Bihar: No power, students take class 12 exams in car headlights

At the examination centre in the Motihari district of Bihar, students took their Hindi exam of class 12 in the light of car headlights. Due to the mismanagement of college administration, the second sitting of examination started at 4:30 pm instead of 1:45 pm. This happened at Maharaja Harendra Kishore college, where the electricity connection did not work. Parents, officials made a temporary arrangement of light by switching on headlights of vehicles. The examination went on till late evening.
