Rashtriya Janata Dal Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on September 28 attended the book launch of 'Sadak Se Sansad Tak' in Patna on September 28. Addressing the event, he launched a scathing attack on the Central Government and alleged that a lot of attempts have been made to change the Constitution of India. "Today the country is changing... The communal powers have more say now in the country... A lot of attempts have been made to change India's Constitution," said Lalu Prasad Yadav.
