Nanded: Seer strangled to death in his own ashram, accused detained

In a shocking incident, a sadhu from Lingyat community was brutally murdered in Maharashtra's Nanded district. The sadhu, identified as Rudra Pashupati Shivacharya, was murdered in his own ashram. The accused after murdering the sadhu was trying to run away with the dead body but was caught. According to reports, the accused, a drug addict, even killed one of his friends before murdering the seer. Police suspect that the accused Sainath was trying to rob and deny any criminal angle.
