Rajasthan to make road safety a part of school syllabus soon: CM Ashok Gehlot

Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot on Thursday said that the state govt is concerned about the number of road accident deaths. He plans to formulate an action plan to reduce it by 50%. A meeting of departments concerned would be convened soon for this and road safety would be made part of the school curriculum. The CM stressed on organising awareness programmes related to road safety in collaboration with voluntary organizations in the districts. He also stressed on opening good driving institutes at divisional and district headquarters.
