Two arrested in Delhi for ATM card theft

Two men have been arrested in Delhi for hoodwinking
people and stealing their ATM cards. The duo managed to swap ATM cards with
unsuspecting people, covertly observed them as they punched in their ATM pins
and then once the person leaves, they use the pin to withdraw money from the
person’s account. Close to 23 cards were recovered from the two accused Sanjay
and Imran. They have also gone ahead to
derail the police probe by collecting so many ATM cards and transferring money
from one victim’s account to another and then withdrawing the money from there,
so that police didn’t suspect them.
