ISRO's lunar success, Pragyan rover captures Vikram Lander on Moon

India's lunar exploration persists post Vikram Lander's gentle touchdown on the Moon's South Pole. On August 30, ISRO unveiled striking Moon pictures captured by the Pragyan rover, navigating the unexplored South Pole. ChaSTE and ILSA payloads were visible on Vikram Lander in these images. ChaSTE recently measured lunar topsoil temperature, studying surface thermal behaviour. ISRO's ceaseless dedication to space is evident. India's historic South Pole achievement on August 23 marked a global first. Following this, ISRO disclosed the Aditya-L1 solar mission, slated for September 2, 2023, from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, underscoring India's space prowess.
