Despite NGT order, rainwater harvesting system on Delhi flyovers dysfunctional

In 2015, National Green Tribunal made it mandatory to ensure that no government project, including flyovers and bridges, be approved until they have a provision for rainwater harvesting system. However, out of 35 flyovers in the capital that have such a system, not a single one is of much use.
