Hezbollah has issued a rare evacuation order in Hebrew telling residents of Israeli towns within five kilometres of the Lebanon border to leave immediately. The warning appears to be a direct response to Israel urging civilians to evacuate Beirut’s southern suburbs, a Hezbollah stronghold known as Dahiyeh, ahead of planned airstrikes. The militant group says Israel’s actions against Lebanese civilians will not go unanswered.
