Karnataka govt crisis: 8 MLAs meet assembly speaker to submit their resignations

As many as eight Karnataka MLAs- Five congress and three JD(S) MLAs, met assembly speaker to submit their resignations. These MLAs reached Vidhana Soudha to submit their resignations to speaker KR Ramesh Kumar. On the other hand, Deputy Chief Minister G. Parameshwara and State minister D. K. Shivakumar have called an emergency meeting of Congress Bengaluru MLAs and Corporators later in the day. Congress MLA Ramalinga Reddy, said, " I have come to submit my resignation to speaker. I don't know about my daughter(Congress MLA Sowmya Reddy), she is an independent woman."
