In yet another embarrassment for Congress, Karnataka minister DK Shivakumar apologises over Lingayat issue. Shivakumar said that the 'Congress should not have tried to divide Lingayat in Karnataka before the state elections'. Shivakumar said no government should interfere in the religion, caste or culture-related issues.
