Bengaluru: Namma Metro to resume operations, here's what will be different

After five-and-half-months, Namma Metro will resume services on the Purple Line on September 7. New safety guidelines on social distancing and various other measures have been adopted to ensure the metro ride remains safe for commuters. The trains will be operated between 8am to 11am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm until September 11 after which trains will run from 7am to 9pm. On the other hand, Green Line from Nagasandra to Yelachenahalli will resume services only on September 9.
