HUL open offer subscribed 68%, Unilever gets 31.9cr shares

Anglo Dutch firm Unilever's offer to buy back shares in its Indian arm, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), closed on an 'encouraging' note. After the open offer, Unilever's stake in HUL will increase to 68 per cent from the current 52.5 per cent.
