Girija Oak Returns on TV

Girija Oak has created her own space in different fields like films, theatre, and TV serials. Currently her play ‘Don Special’ is being loved by the audiences. But now after a long interval she is finally coming back to television. Brand new serial ‘Ga Sahajani’ stars Girija in an important role. ‘Ga Sahajani’ is a tale of six women working together in a bank.It’s telecast began from October 10. It will be telecasted from Monday to Thursday at 8.00 pm only on Star Pravah. Girija plays the character named ‘Vidya Vispute’. Vidya is the branch head of the bank and is a simple and kind by nature. She has the habit of understanding & befriending her co-workers. The serial is directed by veteran Purushottam Berde and also stars Sharvari Pillai, Niyati Rajwade, Namrata Aavte, Pournima Ahire, Surbhi Bhave and Mausami Tondvalkar. The serial is a light-hearted comedy to make people forget their day to day stress. And hence its simplicity has made us interested to watch it daily.
