The couple started their marriage journey on October 04, 2007. Since then, the couple had come a long way and had remained together through the ups and downs in life. On their 10th anniversary, Abhinay had posted on his social media: "Look at where we have come from!! You've tolerated me , loved me , taken care"

Meet Fudge! Abinay and Aparna got themselves many pets as they both are animal lovers. As well as sharing a picture of the cute pup on the grid, the couple also posted some adorable videos of him on their Instagram stories.

The couple was often seen volunteering for good causes. In 2015, when the floods drenched Chennai, on Valentine's Day, while other couples wooed and dined, this couple was spotted providing food for the poor and homeless.

Whether the couple celebrates an anniversary or a new year, they jet off to their favourite getaway place: Red Lynch, Kodaikanal. An old heritage home, built over a hundred years ago, is located in a sprawling compound a stone’s throw away from the central Kodai Lake.

During his early days, Aparna seemed to have been very supportive of Abhinay in pursuing his dream of becoming an actor. In a picture shared on social media, Aparna had written, ‘Happy birthday to 2nd superstar Abhinay’ on Abinay’s birthday cake. Abhinay also wrote in a post, "All it takes is a woman with a vision (sic)."
