Marathi actress Bhargavi Chirmuley, who played Maratha Queen Jijamata in the popular TV show 'Swarajya Janani Jijamata', recently bid adieu to the show as it is going to witness a leap.

The TV show is heading towards an exciting turn as the narrative, and now Neena Kulkarni is all set to play the role of Jijamata.
The source close to the show told ETimes TV, "Bhargavi essayed the character of Jijamata very remarkably, but now the show is going to take a leap, and all characters, including the title character, will transform into senior roles. Veteran actress Neena Kulkarni will now play the role of Jijamata because there will be some changes in the storyline as well. Also, actor Amol Kolhe will play Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj
on-screen. Amol is known for playing historical characters on-screen. I am sure the audience is going to accept the changes and would love the storyline."
