Vanambadi written update, October 23, 2018: Padmini plots against Anu

In the latest episode of Vanambadi, Amma is seen upset with Padmini's hurtful comments on Anu. Kalyani tries to console her saying that Chandran will return soon.
Later, Kalyani meets Nirmala and briefs her about the happenings. She also consoles Nirmala telling that Anu is bold enough to fight against Padmini.
Kalyani gives Nirmala some money for Anu's education.Nirmala gets surprised and happy for Kalyani's concern towards Anu. She denies the money saying that she will ask it when required.
On the other hand, Rukmini and Padmini are seen talking about Anu. They doubt how Anu gained the courage to talk against them. Padmini doubts if she is expecting Mohan to help her. They decide to meet Anu and warn her not to go to school hereafter.
Padmini and Rukmini go to Anu's room and talk to her. Padmini tells Anu not to expect Mohan to help her. She says that she will stop Mohan from helping her (Anu) even if he wants to. Anu replies that she will live happily as Nirmala's daughter.
Padmini warns her against going to school hereafter and orders her to be the maid of the house. She asks Anu to tell everyone that she (Anu) has decided not to go to school until Chandran is back. Anu sarcastically agrees to obey Padmini’s order.
