Mounaragam wraps up: Aishwarya Ramsai pens an emotional adieu note
The longest-running serial on Malayalam TV, Mounaragam, is finally over. The cast and crew recently had their last day of shooting, and it was nothing short of an emotional moment for them.
Actress Aishwarya Ramsai, who plays Kalyani in the show, has penned a note on her social media account too.
“I never prepared myself for a day like this. I never really thought about how I would move on. From 2019 to 2026, it feels like completing school from 6th to 12th grade and finally stepping out into the world,” she wrote.
Further, she thanked the Malayali audience for accepting her, a non-Malayali from Tamil Nadu.
“First, I want to thank the universe. I am deeply grateful to my family and my fans, who supported me throughout. I owe you all so much. To the people of Kerala: I’m from Tamil Nadu, and the love and affection you showed me, accepting me as one of your own family, means everything to me. My heartfelt thanks to all of you,” she added.
In the note, she also thanked her co-stars, especially Naleef, her on-screen husband.
“My co-artists. I truly feel blessed to have met people like you in my life. And @naleef_gea, such a disciplined person. I’ve never seen someone like you. I sincerely hope our friendship lasts a lifetime,” reads the note.
