Manjil Virinja Poovu written update, May 8, 2019: Mallika plots against Anjana

In the recent episode of Manjil Virinja Poovu, Anjana overhears the conversation between Mallika and Sona. She believes that Mallika has finally decided to send her to a college.Later, Sona tries to impress Anjana. She serves food to Anjana in the dining area and makes the servant clean the plates. Anjana gets surprised with the act and believes Sona.On the other hand, Mathews calls Mallika and informs her that he has found a groom for Anjana. He tells that the guy named Muniyandi is ready to marry Anjana. Mallika orders him to bring Muniyandi the next day to meet Anjana.Mallika informs Sona the same and advises her to lie to Anjana about Muniyandi. She suggests telling Anjana that Muniyandi is an administrative officer from the college she will attend soon.Next morning, Anjana is seen praying in the puja room. She is seen excited about resuming her education. She thanks God and promises to study well.Manu calls Sona to enquire about Anjana. He questions whether Anjana is safe in the house. Sona gives the phone to Anjana and Manu talks to his love interest. Manu tries to flirt with her but Anjana stops him.Later, Sona informs Anjana about Muniyandi's visit and takes her for shopping. Sona tells Anjana that she should impress the officer to get the admission.
