, host Mohanlal welcomed the audience with a quote. He narrated how a human being is different from all the other living beings in nature. The struggles a human faces for his existence makes him distinct from all. The host commented that Bigg Boss house resembles the nature and the housemates struggle for their existence.
Mohanlal also said that the vibe in the house changes each time a housemate goes out or a new contestant comes in.
The host welcomed the housemates and inquired about the happenings. He played a video of Anoop's house and informed him that everything is safe there. Suresh complained to Mohanlal that everyone is criticizing him when he is trying to show love.
Basheer was questioned about his comment on Ranjini and Shwetha. Basheer had commented that he will peacefully go out of the house only after Ranjini and Shwetha leave.
Lal inquired about Aditi's and Pearle's argument and commented that he is impressed with the changes in Aditi.
Pearle was questioned about her comment on Srinish that she is faking to be strong outside whereas she is crying within.
During the break time, Archana commented that the trio - Sabu , Anoop and Suresh are well planned in the game. Later, Mohanlal questioned why some are being transparent as day and some are mysterious like a night in the house. He suggests to play a game to find out who is the day and night in the house. Bigg Boss announced the task, Rappakal (day and night). The task was to select the most transparent and the most mysterious person in the house. Each housemate was asked to vote for the two. There was a board with the photos of all the housemates and everyone was asked to vote accordingly.By winning 5 votes, Suresh became the Pakal (day) and with 4 votes Diya was declared as the Ravu (night) of the house. Then, both Suresh and Diya were asked to form two groups and go to the activity area.The next game was to make a cup pyramid. Each team should make a cup pyramid whereas the other team should break it by throwing balls from a given point. Suresh's team played the game first and Diya's team gave them a tough opposition. When Diya's team played, Suresh came out of the given line and threw a ball on their pyramid. This ended up in a huge argument.Diya complained that the one who enacts foul plays have been selected as the pakal. Mohanlal announced that Diya's team won the match and as a reward, they were given a chance to say anything against one contestant each in the opposing team. Ranjini commented on Suresh that she was a strong contestant but now he is hurting everyone because of his care for one.Diya criticizes Srinish that he is now only concentrated on one person and warned him to stop it. Shiyas lashed out at Pearle that if she needs to say something, say it directly to him and not to others. Mohanlal asked everyone to suggest the 'silent killer' in the house and Diya commented Archana to be the one. Archana becomes furious that the one whom she saw as a friend had commented her as a silent killer.Later, Diya apologized she had mistaken the word silent killer with the serial killer and made a wrong statement. Mohanlal asked Ranjini to comment on Pearle's captaincy and she said that Pearle was a weak captain. She also commented that Pearle had intentionally made it a childish play and proved that she is a double-faceted person.Later, Lal questioned Shwetha on getting 10 votes and commented that Pearle tried to character assassinate her. Mohanlal signed out by saying Ranjini and Shwetha to pack their bags and be ready for the elimination process.
