Magician Aswin Vijayan has left everyone in tears with his life story in Bigg Boss Malayalam 4 recently. From losing his parents at a very young age to being sexually abused by his hostel mates at the age of 17, this youngster has experienced a lot in his life. Here is a look at his inspiring story.

​Losing both parents at the age of 5

"My father got married to my mother without knowing the fact that she was mentally unstable and my life was miserable. When I was about two-year-old, my mom left us. After she went missing, my father died by suicide," he said in an interaction with the housemates. After that, he was brought up by his grandmother.

​No money for education

"My grandmother struggled to provide for my education. I still remember the day she asked me to stop attending classes as we didn't have Rs 2000 to pay the school fee," he said. However, he managed to complete his education till plus two.

​Grandma's demise

Aswin lost his only support system, his grandma during his 12th standard examination. "On the day of my 12th exam, my grandma died. Eventually, I was thrown out of the house and I had lived at the railway station without food for days. I sold my grandma's ring and moved to a hostel," Aswin shared.

​Sexual abuse at the age of 17

The hostel life was also miserable for him. His hostel mates forced him to use drugs and alcohol but he refused. When he was asleep, they injected him with drugs and sexually abused him, at the age of 17.

​Living at a railway station

Aswin had to live at a railway station for days. To earn money for food and daily expenses, he used to collect empty bottles and sell them.

​Becoming the fasters magician

Aswin had a passion for magic since his childhood. He managed to get into a popular Magic academy and became a popular magician. He holds two renowned records, the Indian Book of records and the Asian book of records for being the fastest magician.

​Finding his mother after 22 years

After his search for years, Aswin managed to find his mother after 22 years. But, unfortunately, his mother, who is mentally unstable, couldn't recognize him. He was shattered to experience such a response from his long-lost mom.

​'I want a house'

Aswin Vijayan entered Bigg Boss Malayalam 4 with the goal to build a house for himself. He said that he has been trying to get a house but he is not able to do it. Aswin's biggest wish is to do earn money from the game, build a house and bring his mother back from the mental hospital.
