Wedding bells for TV actor Vaishnavi Gowda?

On Wednesday morning, news was abuzz that one of Kannada television’s favourite actors, Vaishnavi Gowda, was getting engaged. While many speculated it was a still from a serial, others dismissed that claim, citing that both families were part of the picture.
However, Vaishnavi has confirmed that the picture is from an event held a week ago. “Since I’m an actor, everything receives so much attention. In fact, this is an arranged match, and the families have just met. Nothing is confirmed yet, and we are still in the process of getting to know each other. We haven’t finalised any formalities, and when marriage comes into the picture, I will definitely make the announcement myself,” she said.
As for former top cop Shankar Bidari (also in the picture) being part of the proceedings, the actor clarified that he’s a family friend.
