Geetha is all about a young girl, who wants to achieve something big in her life. However, she is troubled and challenged by Vijay, who hails from a rich family and studies in the same college. Vijay is the son of a minister who respects women, but his son Vijay is quite the opposite. How Vijay and Geetha, who often have differences of opinion, fall in love forms the crux of the story.
