Jiya Shankar rose to fame through ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2.’ She, who exited the show in a mid-week eviction, remained one of the most talked-about contestants of the season. In a candid interview given at the time, Jiya addressed Avinash Sachdev’s claim that she had feelings for him. Back then she firmly shut down this narrative.In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, when asked if she wanted to clear things with Avinash, Jiya gave a sharp and unfiltered response. She said, “Clear karna ho toh episode dekh lo bhai. Ya fir interviews dekh lena mere bare mai. Baar baar ja ja kar aur bhi interviews de dena mere bare mai. Keep giving more interviews about me repeatedly.)” She made it clear that she was done explaining herself. She added, “Joh bhi bolna hai bol lo kyuki yeh mere last interviews hai jaha pe mai inn logo ke bare mai baat kari hu Iske agey mai Avinash, Jad kisi ke bhi baare mai baat nahi karungi interviews mai. In the caption, she clearly dismissed the engagement buzz and called the rumours “false,” adding, “Let’s leave false rumours in 2025!” Just like during her time inside the ‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ house, Jiya chose clarity over chaos and drew firm boundaries.
