Vidya Sinha to play dadi on TV show

Veteran film actress Vidya Sinha has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Rajan Shahi’s upcoming show Itni Si Khushi.

According to sources, Vidya will be seen playing the role of the female lead Smriti Kalra’s grandmother.
The actress confirmed the news and said, “I liked the role offered to me. The show will portray a beautiful relationship between the granddaughter and her dadi.My character is young at heart and has a zest for life.” Vidya has been a part of daily shows and was last seen in Qubool Hai. “I like working on TV because one gets to meet their co-stars daily and there is a family-like atmosphere on the sets. I am addressed as dadi on the sets as well as on the show”.
