Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's old Sonu aka Nidhi Bhanushali looks unrecognisable on her trip to the mountains; see photos of her new look

In real life, Nidhi is quite a contrast to the character she played on-screen. These days she is sporting braids and clothes that are high on comfort and breezy. She can be seen happy with the mountain dogs.

The actress is seen in a jovial mood with her friends. She captioned this one as, "Laughing it off." In her striped pyjamas and tank top, she looks like someone who is a bohemian at heart.

Nidhi called it her 'Tashan mein' look. And also revealed that it was her pet Jugni's first almost international trip. She wrote, "It was really cool to be at the Indo-Pak border on this day. It looked just the same on the other side. Would have been nice if we could have just taken a walk across and explore a little. Umm maybe someday."

The actress is quite a hippie. There are several posts that suggest she loves to travel and explore the not so popular destinations. She frequently shares photos of her stays in the rural area, living a local life and more.

Nidhi in fact has a dedicated travel channel where she shares in detail all the places she visits. This photo she captioned as, "Feelin' the breeze by the sea, won't you just let me be!"

With braided hair and the nose ring, Nidhi looks pretty unrecognisable now. Here, she has also added some funky hair accessories which make her look edgy.
