Splitsvilla X6: Diksha Pawar slams trolls as video of her slapping Akanksha Choudhary goes viral; says, “I’m receiving death threats”
Dating reality show Splitsvilla X6 has been winning hearts with its fun and exciting tasks. A video has now gone viral from the episode where Diksha Pawar and Akanksha Choudhary were seen getting into a massive fight. Diksha allegedly slapped Akanksha in one of the Splitsvilla episodes. Diksha has been receiving hate on social media and has now reacted to it on Instagram.
She went live on her Instagram handle, where she addressed the hate. Diksha opened up about receiving threats on social media and called out Akanksha. She said, “I saw a video of Akanksha where she’s saying that I’m doing everything for clout, but if she doesn’t want fame, why did she come on the show? Her fans are sending me death and r*pe threats, and then should I say that she’s the one provoking them? It’s enough, and I’m not going to take it anymore.”
Himanshu Arora, who is Diksha’s connection on the show, also slammed the hate comments on social media. He wrote, “Hi everyone. With everything that’s been happening around me, I felt it was time to speak. I’ve realised that staying too quiet isn’t always right. To those questioning my bond with Diksha, I don’t owe explanations. But this is for my fans. Diksha and I are very close. She’s not just my connection; she’s my biggest support, and I’ll always be grateful for everything she’s done for me, especially during the show. That being said, this very show gave me my name, my work, and my livelihood.”
He further said, “It introduced me to her, and it is literally my bread and butter. I cannot and will not let it go. My work means everything to me. Trolls don’t pay my bills or take care of my parents—I do. People saw one episode, but not the three to four hours of the situation behind it. No one has the right to decide whether I should or shouldn’t quit. I will never quit. Thank you to those who truly support and understand me.”
The show is divided into two parts: Pyaar Villa and Paisa Villa. The Pyaar Villa contestants include Akanksha Choudhary, Anjali Schmuck, Anisha Shinde, Diksha Pawar, Sadhaaf Shankar, Soundharya Shetty, Simran Khan, Chakshdeep Singh, Yogesh Rawat, Sorab Bedi, Anuj Sharma, Tayne De Villiers, Ayush Sharma, Harshit Gururani, and Himanshu Arora.
Meanwhile, the Paisa Villa contestants include Keona Walke, Khushi Rawal, Zalak Gohil, Preet Singh, Anushka Ghosh, Asmita Adhikari, Kaira Anu, Niharika Tiwari, Kushal Tanwar (Gullu), Aarav Chugh, Vishu Bajaj, Ayush Jamwal, Gauresh Gujral, Ron Kariappa, Deeptanshu Saini, and Mohit Magotra. However, Aarav and Anuj have now been evicted from the show.
