Snehlata Vasaikar’s look in Vashikaranam reflects rooted traditions and cultural authenticity

Snehlata Vasaikar who currently portrays Suman in Vashikaranam - Kis Par Rakhein Vishwas explains how she developed her character's appearance through her fashion choices. The emotional depth of her character requires her to wear clothing that reflects Suman's power and presence which she holds in her universe.

Her show appearance shows authentic Maharashtrian cultural traditions which create an identity that shows both power and authentic cultural heritage. The saree is draped in the traditional Nauvari (nine-yard) Maharashtrian style, which shows regional cultural heritage through its design. The Nauvari drape allows character movement through its design yet maintains a graceful appearance which shows her character's natural behavior and powerful story presence.




The traditional Maharashtrian nath (nose ring) serves as her main character element because it connects her to local customs while showing her elegant heritage. Her bindi and gold jewellery collection which includes multiple necklaces and a mangalsutra creates additional cultural significance while supporting her character's identity in the story. Her appearance becomes more authentic through her stylistic choice of a tidy hairdo which features gajra (flowers) as hair decoration.

Her styling further includes a neatly parted hairstyle which she decorated with fresh flowers (gajra) which represents Maharashtrian tradition according to her culture which shows her gracefulness and her cultural background. The character authenticates to her surroundings through classic jewellery pieces and makeup which maintains its minimal nature while creating defined facial features.
