Smriti Irani celebrates her 45th birthday; a glimpse of some rare and unseen pictures from her younger days

Model-actress turned politician, Smriti Irani, popularly known as Tulsi from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, has added another candle to her cake as she celebrates her 45th birthday today (March 23). Many are unaware that the politician currently serving as Minister of Textiles started off young as a model and was a participant in Miss India 1998. Smriti Irani shared a picture of a magazine cover she featured on during her modelling days and also revealed how her mother has still kept all such pieces of her work safely till date. Smriti is amongst the television actresses who became a part of the popular celebrity talk show, Koffee With Karan. She appeared on the show along with fellow actress and friend Sakshi Tanwar then. On one such occasion i.e. on his 53 birthday, Smriti shared a picture of a time when both of them walked the red carpet together and expressed her heartfelt emotions in the caption.
