Shoaib Ibrahim makes a dessert for Iftaar with his little sous chef Ruhaan; his mom says, 'Ab Eid mein bhi banwana'

Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar have begun the celebration of the holy month of Ramadan. While every year Dipika makes some delicious dishes for the family in Iftaar, this time Shoaib decided to make a dessert for Iftaar. And his little sous chef Ruhaan decided to help daddy with the dry fruits.

Dipika shares how Shoaib constantly keeps troubling her in the kitchen by asking how the dishes are cooked. She shared how she specially makes the milkshake for him by removing all the fats from the milk, but still Shoaib has comments. So Dipika has put a board on the kitchen's door that Shoaib isn't allowed.

Shoaib says, 'Today Rehaan and I are planning to cook something for Iftaari. Dipi, chalo saath mein banate hai. Biwi aur Shauhar saathmein ibaadat karte hai toh fir saath mein banate hai khana.' Dipika added, 'I was planning to cook bread pakora for everyone, what are you going to make?'

Looking at all the crockery in the drawers, Shoaib jokes, 'Chahe kitni bhi crockery ho, khana toh hum disposables mein hi khate hai.' Dipika then tries to convince him to buy another crockery set so that it could be enough for the whole family. He then shared, 'But apart from jokes, disposable is easier when you have a big family. You can throw the dishes instead of washing them all every day.'

While Shoaib was preparing the breads and ghee, little Ruhaan enters the kitchen and expresses his willingness to help. Dipika asks him to sit in the corner and the little munchkin sits and crushes dry fruits in the pestle and mortar.

Shoaib and Rehaan then prepare the milk pudding and fry the bread pieces. He then seeks Dipika's help in preparing the milk pudding to understand the measurement of sugar and cardamom in the milk.

Dipika then shares Chef Ranveer Brar's tip on tempering Kesar. She first roasts it on the pan and then whisks it with an ice cube for better taste and colour. Shoaib thanks the chef for this interesting tip to enhance his dish.

Shoaib finally brings his dessert for taste, he says, 'Agar accha nahi bana hai fir bhi kha lena.' He then serves the first bite to his mother and she really likes it. She said, 'Bohot accha hai, hum tareef nahi karte par yeh bohot accha bana hai. Dipika Eid mein khada karna, is baar Eid mein bhi banwana.'
