Popular TV actor Shaheer Sheikh tied the knot with girlfriend Ruchikaa Kapoor. The couple settled for a court marriage due to the pandemic and plan to have a traditional wedding later in June next year. Actress Supriya Pilagoankar also attended their wedding and blessed the couple. In an exclusive interview, Shaheer said, “Ruchikaa is honest when it comes to her feelings. The best part about our relationship is that we are friends first. Being an actor, I have to pretend in front of the camera all the time, but I have found a partner with whom I get to be myself. I’ve always said that I’m a ‘wanderer’ and I’ve finally found the right companion. I am looking forward to my never-ending travels with her.”

Actress Mona Singh who tied the knot with Shyam Gopalan in December last year opened up about her family plans in a candid interview. The actress, who is now 39, revealed she got her eggs frozen when she was 34 and wants to take it easy before having kids. Mona revealed her decision to enjoy her time with her hubby and also shared her parents’ approval. Comedian Bharti Singh and husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa were arrested by the NCB on November 22 for possession and consumption of ganja. The couple was booked after the NCB raided their production office and residence and allegedly found 86.5 grams of ganja. The couple had agreed to the consumption too. Bollywood actor Govinda finally broke his silence on the issues with his nephew Krushna Abhishek. After his eviction from Bigg Boss 14, Jaan Kumar Sanu came out about his relationship with his father Kumar Sanu. He expressed his hurt on his father’s comments about him and his mother while he was in the show. He said, “We are three brothers and have been single-handedly brought up by my mother, Rita Bhattacharya. My father has never been a part of my life. I have no idea why he never supported or promoted me as a singer – you can ask him why.”

He further added, “my father Kumar Sanu refused to keep in touch with us. Initially, he had uploaded a video on social media regarding my upbringing and then there was another one supporting my work, so, I believe he has mixed feelings for me. I have not seen these videos. I don't think anyone has the right to raise questions on my upbringing because everyone has seen me in the show and appreciated my upbringing. Singer Kumar Sanu was hurt after listening to what his son Jaan Kumar Sanu had to say about him in his interviews after eviction. Clarifying Jaan’s comment that his father never supported him Kumar Sanu said, “ Jaan would send me songs and ask me what I thought about his singing. I have always encouraged him, and I always will. He asked me to call a few industry people who I know. I called Mukesh Bhattji, Ramesh Tauraniji and a few others, and Jaan went to meet them, but now it’s up to them if they want to give him work. In fact, when Jaan wanted to be a part of some of my live concerts, I let him join me for a few.”

Further, talking about his son’s comment on his mother bringing him up single-handedly, Kumar Sanu said, “I appreciate his respect for his mom, and I believe in giving even more respect to his mother. He should write his name as Jaan Rita Bhattacharya, not Jaan Kumar Sanu because, firstly, Ritaji has done a lot for him, and secondly, people will start comparing him with me, which is not good for him as a newcomer. Actor Ashiesh Roy (55), who was seen in multiple shows but was famous for his role in Sasural Simar Ka died of kidney failure on November 24. The actor had not been keeping well ever since the lockdown. His friend, actor Amit Behl and Senior Joint Secretary, CINTAA said, “I was concerned about him because of his health issues. He was facing financial problems, so CINTAA and a few other friends had helped him financially, but unfortunately, his health did not improve. He was single and living alone, and due to his health issues in the past few months, he had lost the will to live. I am extremely sad and affected by his death because I lost a dear friend. He had one sister, who is flying down from Kolkata today for his last rites.”

An internet user tried to troll comedian Kapil Sharma while taking a dig at Bharti Singh’s recent arrest in connection with the drugs case. the user tried to make a pass at Kapil and hinted that he too consumes. The user wrote, “Bharti ka kya haal hua? Jab tak pakdi nahi gayi… drugs nahi leti thi. Wohi haal apka hai shayad… Jab tak pakde nai jao…”

Bigg Boss 14's recent episode saw a huge fight between Aly Goni and Kavita Kaushik. The fight became so ugly that Aly not only abused and got violent during the task and hit a trash bin and Kavita got hurt. This had left the actress in tears, who had even asked Bigg Boss to get her out of the house. ETimes TV got in touch with Kavita's husband Ronnit Biswas to know his reaction on the entire incident. Ronnit slammed Aly for his violent behaviour and shared that strict action was needed from the makers against Aly Goni. He said, “I was very hurt and I cried also because this is not what we had signed up for. Physical violence was never a thing which we had signed up for whether it happened directly or indirectly it doesn't matter.”

Ronnit added, “I have been getting a lot of calls from our well-wishers and relatives who are into the Police force, Government officials and they are asking me If I want to take action against Aly Goni or register a complaint. Although, I have told them that it is not needed, I was expecting from the channel and the production house a stricter punishment.”
