Rishita Kothari on working with Parth Samthaan in Sehar Hone Ko Hai; says 'I learn so much just by watching his expressions, his timing'
Rishita Kothari, who plays Sehar in the recently launched, Seher Hone Ko Hai, has shared her experience of working with co-star Parth Samthaan. As this is Rishita’s first television show, she says that working with an experienced actor like Parth has been a great learning experience for her.
Rishita said, “Parth is a very calm and reserved person. He stays focused when he works, and that helps me a lot. People may think he is distant, but he just keeps to himself and prepares quietly. As a newcomer, it's comforting to work with someone so balanced.”
Rishita added, “He has done many shows, and you can see his experience. I learn so much just by watching his expressions, his timing, and how naturally he performs. As a debut actress, this is very valuable for me.”
She continued, “He never makes me feel like I am new. He gives me space, he listens, and that helps me act better. His calm nature makes the set feel peaceful, and that boosts my confidence.”
Discussing their on-screen chemistry, Rishita said, “Chemistry grows when two actors respect each other and allow each other to perform freely. Parth and I both give each other that space. That is why Mahid and Sehar feel real and natural together.”
She added, “I am working very hard for this show. This is my first experience, and I give my 100 percent every day. I want the show to remain in audiences' hearts forever. I want them to feel the purity of this story and remember it with love. I feel chemistry is not just about looking good together. It is about emotions, honesty, and effort. When two actors are fully dedicated, scenes become meaningful. That is what I want to create with Parth - scenes that touch people, feel honest, and leave moments that stay with the audience even after the show.”
