Ramayana actress Dipika Chikhlia's daughter Juhi gets married; see wedding pics

Ramayan actress Dipika Chikhlia, known for her portrayal of Goddess Sita in the iconic mythological saga, recently shared photos from her daughter Juhi's wedding. The seasoned actress took to her social media account to share a series of photos and videos from the wedding festivities. The photos captured the warm and happy moments from the celebrations

In the photos, Dipika's daughter Juhi is seen dressed as a bride in a heavily embroidered golden lehenga and paired it with traditional jewellery, including a maang tikka, choker necklace and bangles. She looked radiant as a bride and the glow was quite visible.




In one of the photos, Juhi and her husband are seen walking hand in hand during the varmala ceremony, both smiling happily. Friends and family can be seen showering them with flower petals as they celebrate the moment.

Another picture shared by the actress shows her daughter posing gracefully for photos. She captioned the post, “The prettiest bride.”

She also reshared a congratulatory post that read, “Congratulations on the upgrade to 2.0.”

In one of the photos, Dipika is seen posing with her husband. The actress looked elegant and royal in a silk sari with a rich, velvet red dupatta, while her husband complemented her in a white suit and trousers.

As soon as Dipika shared photos from the wedding, the comments section flooded with heartfelt wishes and congratulatory messages.

For the uninitiated, Dipika Chikhlia rose to popularity after playing the role of Goddess Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan. The show first aired in 1987 and ran until 1988 on Doordarshan.

The mythological series, written and directed by Ramanand Sagar, became a cultural phenomenon across the country. Actor Arun Govil played Lord Ram, Dipika Chikhlia essayed Sita, Sunil Lahri portrayed Lakshman, and late actor Dara Singh appeared as Hanuman.
