Isn’t Rajeev too young to play father to a grown-up girl?

Model-turned-actor Rajeev Singh is seen playing father to a grown-up girl in the show Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya. Doesn’t he look too young for the role?
He says, “I have been asked this question a 100 times. Well, Hindi fiction shows are all about women playing strong roles, while men hardly get to do anything. So, when I was offered this role by Rajan Shahi, I felt that it was comparatively a stronger one.But this will be my first and last show on TV because after this I want to focus on films.”

The actor also adds that he is not desperate for roles. “I have my own business and even if I don’t work, I can look after my family all my life,” he says. Meanwhile, there’s good news on the personal front. His wife actress Sanober Kabir is expecting and Rajeev can’t wait for the day when he will become a father in real life.
