Meet the potential brides-to-be of Mika Singh in his Swayamvar: From Splitsvilla fame Riya Kishanchandani to the singer’s music video co-star Neet Mahal

12 girls from all over the country entered reality show Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti as Bollywood’s most noted singer Mika Singh's potential brides. Of them, 8 girls now stand close to getting selected as ‘the bride-to-be’ for the singer. 2 girls also got selected as finalists after Raveena Tandon’s recent entry. Let’s take a look at the girls, who are competing with each other to win singer Mika Singh’s heart.

Riya Kishanchandani is an actress, model, and a well-known social media celebrity. She rose to fame with the dating reality show Splitsvilla. Riya just entered the show as a wild-card contestant. She is a Sindhi and shared that she has never dated a Punjabi guy before but her parents are fond of Punjabis. Mika also shared that he would think of getting married to a Sindhi if not a Punjabi. Mika and Riya both are avid dog lovers and share some common interests.

Chandrani Das from Kolkata is an actress and producer by profession. A bit shy at first, Chandrani opened up about having gone through a difficult financial crisis in the family and how she fought back to find stability. She loves painting and while spending ‘date’ time in the show with Mika, she said that she might not be able to dance, sing and entertain like others, but she would be what it requires to hold a family together.

Reality TV star and rumoured girlfriend of 'Bigg Boss 15' contestant Umar Riaz, Manpreet Kaur also entered the show as a wild card along with Riya. Manpreet had won the fourth edition of 'Love School' along with Sunny Cheema. The duo broke up after being in a live-in relationship for some time. Manpreet has also featured on 'The Kapil Sharma Show. In the swayamvar show it is revealed that Manpreet and Mika also featured in a music video and the latter fondly calls her ‘Kaaint Punjabi’.

Neet Mahal and Mika Singh had known each other previously as they had worked in a music video. In the show, Neet revealed how she had heard of Mika having a ‘reputation’ while she had signed the project. She shared, “While on the sets, I saw his genuine human side and was in awe of him. He was so sweet. He would tell me to sit with him and everybody during lunch. He was very cordial with me.” Neet is also one of the finalists in the show.

Dhwani Pawar is a singer and entertainer. Ever since she entered the show, she has entertained Mika with her mimicry skills. Mika was impressed with her impersonating Kangana Ranaut. Dhwani also happens to be the daughter of popular comedian VIP and Mika recalled having known him. Dhwani also bagged the opportunity of becoming a finalist in the show.

Bushra Sheikh has been the most talked about contestant since day 1. From hugging, kissing and proposing to Mika during their introduction to picking up fights with all the other female contestants, Bushra has managed to grab all the eyeballs. The actress spoke about having a difficult past with her family and how she walked out on them to pursue her dreams. Bushra’s possessive side towards Mika hasn’t been taken well by others and even the celebrity guests have asked her to be cordial towards others.

Prantika Das, a bubbly girl from Kolkata has won Mika’s heart since day 1 with her outgoing personality. In the show, Pratika revealed that she wanted to marry a singer. She impressed Mika with her singing skills and both have been bonding over Bengali songs. Mika too finds her extremely sweet. Prantika and Mika often share a cute gesture of softly banging their foreheads together and say ‘Ting’. That’s Prantika’s way of showing her happiness.

Sonal Khilwani lives by her own words and shared she takes her own decision… whether it is related to studies or whether it was to leave Banaras and come to Mumbai. Acting is her passion. Upon her entry, Sonal had gifted Mika a pair of cufflinks.
