Her fight against depression

Earlier Tunisha had spoken about her depression with BT and said that she never felt like work because of her depression issue. Tunisha further said “I was suffering from anxiety issues and feeling low even before 'Internet Wala Love' started. I have been working since a young age and lost my father at an early age. Then I lost my cousin sister and my grandmother passed away too. I was emotionally broken to take care of myself. There was a constant fear of not being able to work. My schedules turned erratic and I had to consult a doctor. I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression.”

She also shared that her friend Kanwar Dhillon was aware of her depression and did help her out during difficult times. He was the first person I spoke to about my depression while shooting for 'Internet Wala Love', and he did not judge me. His family is like my own family in Mumbai. Anybody who stands by you at your worst should be valued and treasured; because you hardly find true relationships today. Kanwar is a very important person in my life and I wanted him to post about my dark phase because I didn't feel confident. But I have received such a good reaction on social media that now I have decided to share my experience. I am proud of myself that I have fought the battle with a positive attitude and will get back to work soon.”
