‘Laughter Chefs 3’ gets a doctor’s visit in a special wellness episode; Krushna Abhishek arrives as Sanjay Dutt from Munna Bhai MBBS
From internet searches to traditional home remedies, everyone seems to have an opinion about health. On Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment, those exact health anxieties finally step out of the search bar and into the spotlight as the show turns into a lively wellness special.
The episode dives into topics we don’t always talk about openly. Menopause, anxiety, sleep cycles, posture problems, diabetes, bloating, and even the idea of planning children in your 40s come up during the discussion. Adding a familiar desi perspective, Acharya Manish shares traditional wellness wisdom around food habits, creating an interesting middle ground where age-old advice and modern science surprisingly agree on more things than you’d expect.
Of course, this is still Laughter Chefs, so the chaos never takes a break. Krushna Abhishek arrives as Munna Bhai and turns a simple health check-up into a full-on filmy moment, with Sudesh Lehri playing the overly dramatic patient whose reactions swing wildly with every diagnosis. Between the laughs, the questions get real too. Krushna, Arjun and Bharti openly press the experts about their children’s eating habits, screen time and sudden health scares, bringing everyday parenting anxieties into the spotlight.
Even the cook-off follows the theme. Contestants take on a healthier challenge with a lentil burger and sweet potato patty task, proving that mindful eating does not have to mean boring food.
The cast will also celebrate Women's Day on the show. Jannat Zubair will be in for a treat as her mom will make a special appearance on the show.
Talking about celebrating Women’s Day alongside her mom, Jannat Zubair shared, “It was just the happiest, most overwhelming moment for me. People see me on screen and assume confidence comes naturally, but very few know how early this journey really began. I started working as a child, learning the ropes of this industry when most kids my age were just figuring out the world. And through every single step of that, my mom was right there, showing me every single day what it looks like to be strong without making a fuss about it. I think so much of who I am today and it comes directly from her. She never needed to give me a big speech about independence or resilience. She just lived it, and I learned it by watching her. So, to have her walk onto the set of Laughter Chefs, dancing and laughing on a day that celebrates exactly that kind of woman, was really special. Here’s to every woman doing her best, in her own way. Happy Women’s Day!”
