‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ January 8 written update: Tulsi prepares to go to Surat with Mihir

The episode begins with Noina and Tulsi side by side receiving orders to make sarees. Noina confidently claims that she will be able to meet the quota; however, Tulsi simply watches on and then leaves to tell Vaishnavi about the orders. She tells the girls that they have new orders, although they must complete a total of 10 sarees in 10 days.

On the other hand, Suchi asks Noina what is happening and why she was called by the investor along with Tulsi. She explains the situation and confidently admits that she will not let Tulsi win, no matter what happens.

Babaji’s call shocks everyone

As Mihir and Noina return home, Mihir receives a call from Surat from Babaji, leaving everyone tense. Once the call is over, he reveals that he has been invited to Surat for a wedding. There is a catch, however, as Babaji has requested that Mihir come to Surat to attend the wedding ceremony with Tulsi by his side.




Noina causally suggests that they should all come clean about the truth to Babaji already; however, Gayatri advises against it. She states that his old mindset will not be able to cope with whatever happened between Mihir, Noina, and Tulsi, and he will not be able to handle the truth. She then advises Mihir that if he wants to keep the family business safe and keep Babaji safe as well, he needs to go to Surat with Tulsi to keep up the facade.

Gayatri tries to convince Tulsi

Ritik’s arrival at Shanti Niketan prompts him to bump into Pari’s daughter. The two share a sweet moment before she leaves.

Gayatri goes to Angad’s home in order to meet with Tulsi and talk to her about the situation. She tries to convince her to go to Surat wth Mihir for their family’s sake. As they are having a conversation about the matter, Ritik comes into the room and tells his mother that she should agree only if she truly wants to.

Tulsi and Ritik share a moment

After Gayatri leaves, Tulsi and Ritik sit down for an emotional talk. Tulsi tells him that when she left the family home, he was not a boy but a man. However, seeing him in his current situation has pained her a lot. She then also advises her son that whenever he feels that there is an issue or there is something to be dealt with, he should directly talk to Mihir.

Ritik also apologizes to Tulsi for the way he has been behaving with her. He admits that he felt alone, which is why he misbehaved with her and was angry about everything.

Noina and Mihir talk about Tulsi

Noina and Mihir, on the other hand, talk about Tulsi’s situation. Noina expresses that she does not want him to go to Surat with her. She also reminds him that since Tulsi is here, he should get divorced from her as soon as possible. Mihir tells her that they must think of the house and the family, and that marriage is not some game that you play.

She tries to convince him that they should come clean about the whole situation to Babaji; however, Gayatri comes in and announces that Tulsi has agreed to go to Surat.

Angad tries to stop Tulsi

Tulsi packs her bags in Angad’s home as she prepares to leave for Surat. Her son tries his level best to stop her from going, however. Tulsi refuses to listen. She tells him that although she has already left that house, Shanti Niketan is still her home and that she cannot back down from her duties. She explains that she did not agree because of Mihir, she agreed to go for the sake of her children.
