Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2' 17th March 2026 written update: Mitali's conspiracy shatters Munni's trust
The 17th March 2026 episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2' opened with Karan receiving a phone call as the wedding rituals were underway. Nandini watched him with suspicion. Karan quietly approached Mihir and told him that Hemant had called.
Meanwhile, Hrithik and Munni began their pheras. Mitali, who had stayed away from the wedding, called Tismi and asked her to turn the camera so she could watch. Tismi showed her Hrithik and Munni taking the pheras. Mitali was stunned for a moment before a cold realisation hit her. She remembered that the driver had already given Munni the pen drive, but assumed she had probably not checked it yet. She decided that even if the wedding had already happened, she would now sit back and watch the couple fall apart.
Hrithik was nervous while Munni quietly looked around the room, taking in all their past moments together. Then Mitali called. Munni refused to pick up. Mitali kept calling and insisted Munni check the pen drive she had sent. Munni watched the video, and what she saw shook her completely. In the clip, Hrithik was heard saying he was marrying Munni for his own benefit, that she used to be a maid in the house, and that he needed a permanent nanny for Tismi. Munni was completely stunned. Mitali called again and twisted the knife further, telling Munni that Hrithik was an opportunist who had used her for both personal and professional gain.
Munni's emotional bidaai
Munni got emotional and hugged Tulsi. She told her that this felt like her real bidaai, not just because she was leaving, but because she was no longer in Shantiniketan, and it felt like going far away. Tulsi consoled her and said that even if she was not physically there, her daughters-in-law were her reflection, and she believed they would restore Shantiniketan to its former glory. She also gave Munni a warm but firm reminder that she would not get a lenient mother-in-law if she made mistakes.Griha Pravesh and the fun games
Vrinda performed Munni's griha pravesh ritual, and Munni got emotional stepping into Shantiniketan as a bride. Pari then announced a fun game where whoever won more rounds would have more authority in the house. Hrithik was excited, but Pari confidently said Munni would win. After the games, Angad teased Hrithik for not winning a single round. Hrithik joked that even if he had won, Munni would still rule the house since she was a collector.Tismi's interruption and Mitali's phone call
Vrinda took Hrithik and Munni to their room, where Tismi was already waiting, and insisted on staying with them for the night. Vrinda and Angad tried to explain that it was their first night together, but Munni agreed to let Tismi stay. Angad and Vrinda eventually distracted Tismi with ice cream plans and managed to get her out, leaving the couple alone.Hrithik was nervous while Munni quietly looked around the room, taking in all their past moments together.
