Knowing different languages helps, says Simaran Kaur who is set to make her regional film debut
Simaran Kaur, who has acted in TV shows like Agniphera and Agar Tum Na Hote, will soon be making her regional film debut with the Odia movie titled Pratha.
The actress is excited about it and says, "I am very happy with it and waiting for people to watch it now."
Talking about her shooting experience, she says, It was a pleasure working on this film. The film will be dubbed in many languages and that should not be a problem for me as I know a number of languages. I can speak Hindi, English, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Odia."
Along with acting, Simaran has been a voice artiste too and that has helped her in many ways. “I learned so much as a voice artiste... how to modulate my voice and pronounce words in different dialects. Luckily, I pick the nuances of a language very quickly,” shares Simaran.
Last seen in the TV show Agar Tum Na Hote, Simaran wants to dabble in different mediums now. She says, "There are actors who manage TV, films and OTT. It is a matter of opportunities and time management. I would like to continue doing work in TV and a the same time, look for different opportunities."
