Kaun Banega Crorepati 17: Can you answer this Rs 12,50,000 question which contestant Ameya Deshpande could not answer?

The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 started with rollover contestant Ameya Vinayak Deshpande, a Management Consultant, who had won Rs 5,00,000 in the previous episode. Big B presented the 'Super Sandook' round and Ameya managed to answer only 4 questions correctly and earned Rs 40,000.

He then faced the question for Rs 7,50,000. In April 2023, who set the Guinness World Record for the fastest badminton shot that was clocked at 565km/h? Ameya took the help of his '50-50' lifeline and then selected Option D) Satwiksairaj Rankireddy which is the correct answer.


Next, Big B read the question for Rs 12,50,000. Which musician, who wanted to listen to Annapurna Devi perform, managed to do it with the help of Smt Indira Gandhi? After thinking a lot, Ameya decided to quit the show. While leaving KBC stage, he makes a guess and selects Option D) Ozzy Osbourne but the correct answer is Option B) George Harrison.

Ameya makes an exit and takes home Rs 7,50,000.

Host Amitabh Bachchan then conducts Fastest Finger First round and Meenaxi Yadav, a teacher from Kendriya Vidyalaya makes it to the hot seat. Meenaxi expresses her excitement for being on the hot seat and reveals she teaches chemistry to class 11-12th students. Big B reveals he is shocked to learn that she teaches Chemistry as he doesn't like the subject. Meenaxi describes herself as a disciplined and strict teacher and says she draws inspiration from Big B's character in Mohabbatein. She mentions Big B's dialogue 'Parampara, Pratishta, Anushasan. However, the megastar credits the writers of all this for its success.

Meenaxi disagrees with him and instead applauds Mr. Bachchan for handling long shooting schedules even at this point in his career and age. She adds that while others often feel exhausted, his energy remains steady and unwavering. They discuss energy and 'Thermodynamics'.
