The Shandaar Shukravar and Diwali special episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 witnessed the blockbuster trio of the Bollywood industry, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif and Rohit Shetty. The three, turn by turn graced the hot seats and had a fun time on the show and were an absolute treat for the viewers. Rohit Shetty had an emotional moment when he requested Amitabh Bachchan to sign a blog that he had written about his sister's wedding back in the year 2012. Big B read out the blog for him which got him emotional. Post this Rohit was even gifted with a special video where the stunts persons from his team spoke about how he is kind-hearted and a generous person. They also mentioned how they feel safe to work with him. Everyone appreciated him and Big B even shared a few moments with Rohit Shetty’s father and also praised and showed his respect to all the stunt persons of the entertainment industry.

Akshay Kumar gave a special tribute to Amitabh Bachchan by wearing the iconic lighting jacket and danced on the song ‘Haseeno ka deewana’ from the film 'Yaarana'. He also narrated an incident where he once had walked up to Big B to take his autograph but was focused on the grapes that were kept on his table. He secretly took one while Bachchan ji signed the autograph. Later, Amit ji himself called the young Akshay and gave him the full bunch. Amitabh Bachchan also explained how when the song was shot, there wasn’t much technology and they used wires to light his jacket that went through his legs to the plug at the end of the stadium hence giving full 220 volt vibe. Big B thanked Akshay for the heartfelt tribute and said that it has revived many memories.

Big B being the humorous himself had his fun share with Katrina Kaif and Rohit Shetty. While Kaif and Bachchan ji had a blast when they enacted the iconic dialogue of the film Agneepath, Amitabh Bachchan hilariously kept asking Rohit Shetty throughout the show if he is eligible to work even for a small role in his blockbuster films.

Akshay Kumar left everyone impressed when he explained that whatever amount of money they win will be donated to ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ which will transfer the money to the family and dear ones of brave soldiers who passed away while on duty.

If Akshay Kumar is present on the set and there is no prank, it is a little impossible for that to happen. Khiladi teamed up with Big B and Rohit Shetty to play a prank on Katrina. He manifested a round where the partner wasn’t suppose to help the other in answering the question. However he knowingly helps her and this pisses off Amitabh Bachchan and he leaves the set. Later, Akshay, Big B and Rohit come back on the set and laughed at her for fooling her. Clearly, it was a fun moment.

The show started off with a fun display of the solid and notorious bond between Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar. When Big B asked who would like to sit on the VIP seat first, the two rushed like kids to take it first. Akshay Kumar even sat on Rohit Shetty’s lap to tease him. Later in the episode, when Rohit gets emotional after a tribute made to him for his generous heart towards stunts persons in the industry, Akshay consoled him; a pure representation of the strong bond between the two.
