Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum update, September 26: Raima comes out of coma

In the latest episode of Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum, Sonakshi and Rohit leave for their work and feel nice about their new love life. They start daydreaming. Netra notices Sonakshi blushing after the latter reveals that Rohit confessed his feelings.
Mamai's (Raima) mother calls up Sonakshi to thank her for helping her daughter. Sonakshi then asks her if she wants Mamai to be shifted to Sippy hospital and says her friend Dr Rohit can take care of her.Mamai's mother is shocked to hear that Sonakshi is Rohit's friend. Raima's mother directs her doctor to not let Sonakshi meet her daughter at all.
Rohit goes to pick up Sonakshi from her shoot. They both enjoy chai together and he then tells her about Raima's accident on September 26. How the last time when he spoke with Raima they had fought as she was getting late to meet him. And says then a few hours later he got a call about Raima's accident.
Sonakshi wants to tell him something about the glass pieces and something that she had encountered that fateful night 4 years ago. Rohit stops her. He also tells her how he decided Raima to undergo a surgery but because of clots in her brain, she slipped into a coma.
Rohit then asks her to talk about their present and he invites all of them for a formal dinner to their house on the occasion of his mother's birthday.
Sonakshi reaches home and decides to speak with her mother Suman. She finds her mother in a foul mood. Just then Pulkit tells her that Rohit has asked him to intern with him at his hospital.
Suman notices Sonakshi wants to say something to her. Suman herself says that Rohit is a nice guy but she should continue working after marriage. Sonakshi feels excited and hugs her mother. She asks Sonakshi to call Rohit to meet her.
Sonakshi calls Rohit and tries to play a prank on him. She asks him to come and meet her mother the next day wearing a floral shirt, she also tells him ways to impress her mother. Sonakshi is in splits.
Elsewhere in the hospital, Raima's mother gets shocked to find her daughter's bed empty. She calls for a nurse but then finds Raima standing on her own, next to a window. Raima's mother is happy to see her daughter out of the coma. Raima asks for Rohit.
